Shooting For Better Mental Health

Ongoing project delivered across all our sites in Birmingham, promoting mental health. Drop in sessions available for young people to sit and talk to one our qualified mentors, weekly sporting activities for young people to participate in and make new friends. Monthly life skills workshop. To join us drop us a message and we will call you back. 

 

Keep Fit

Get up and GO! Project based in Hodge Hill and the surrounding areas, children and parents activities on grass including football, rounders, cricket, bike riding and so much more! Gives those busy parents some quality time to spend with their children and loved ones in a safe friendly environment. Refreshments provided. 

 

​​Warm Space

We know it’s getting really tough for some families to keep the houses warm with the rise of energy bills. So, we are offering our youth centre based in Aston to families and young people to come in and have a hot drink, play a board game or just check your emails. All in a nice warm friendly space with smiles all around. Please drop us a message to book your time slot, every Tuesday 5pm-9pm, Thursday 11am-9PM we look forward to seeing you there! 

 

Girls Football and fitness

After the lionesses bought the trophy home, it’s time for you to get your boots on! FREE coaching session for girls aged 5 – 11yrs every Saturdays at our Aston Development Centre 12pm-1pm. Female coach, girls only session. Please message us to book your child’s slot. 

 

​​Community Football Development

Open to boys and girls from 4-15 years of age, professional football coaching at all three of our venues, Aston, Hodge Hill and Selly Oak every weekend. All coaches are fully qualified and DBS cleared. All abilities welcomed, come along make new friends and most importantly have fun!  Times may vary please contact us for more details. 

 

​​Ready steady cook!

Not everyone is as fortunate, we know of many families who are struggling this winter, they are having to choose between heating and eating. Let us try and make it that little bit easy for them! Drop us a message and the children will cook up a nice hot meal in our youth centre and all you have to do is come and pick it up and let us know what you think of our mini chefs cooking skills in the kitchen!  We even go out to the homeless people to distribute our yummy food!
